In order to serve you better and continue to offer the latest technology and beautiful skincare in Cary, we have the following policies in place:

Booking your appointment (Booking Required)

We kindly ask that all treatments be booked in advance. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate walk-ins at this time.

Arriving for your appointment

Please arrive at your scheduled time, as we are UNABLE to accommodate early arrivals. This allows us to maintain a smooth schedule and provide uninterrupted service to each client.

If you happen to arrive early, we kindly ask that you remain in your car until your appointment time.

 

Late Arrivals

We ask that you arrive on time for your appointment as we want you to receive the full benefits of your session.  Late arrivals may result in loss of the appointment or a shortened appointment.

Rescheduling/No Shows

Your appointment time has been set aside especially for you and we look forward to seeing you. However we charge a 30% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellation within 24 hours of schedule appointment.

Treatment Packages

All packages are valid for 1 year, unless otherwise stated. Packages are NON-REFUNDABLE, however we may transfer unused portions to other comparable services (so as long as the unused portion matches the after DISCOUNTED price).  Packages contain services at a discount price.  Once the service is removed from the package, the unused service become a regular priced item, thus not making it worth while to cancel. We highly recommend transferring to other services to retain your promotional value.

    

Product Sales

Product sales are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates not used by their expiration date will be forfeited with no entitlement to refund or exchange. In case of loss or damage, no replacement will be offered.  Advance reservation is required to redeem a certificate and the gift certificate number must be provided at the time of your booking. Skin Reboot by Mayra reserves the right of final decision in case of dispute.

Children/Pets

We offer treatments for children ages 10 to 16 years old when accompanied by a parent or guardian. Unsupervised minors or pets are not permitted in the treatment room neither can they be left unattended in lobby area.  If you are receiving a treatment, children or pets must be accompanied by another adult that is not receiving treatment.

Skin Reboot by Mayra reserves the right of final decision in case of dispute.
